Using old school light show techniques to create unique and original designs. Liquid Light Show, a form of light art that surfaced in the early 1960s as accompaniment to electronic music and avant-garde theatre performances.

Combining watercolor dyes, oil color dyes, alcohol, glycerin, and water in glass clock faces while passing light through creates the effect. Each unique design is created by hand and is a captured moment of a dynamic and fluid performance.

At Light Show Dyes we are using classic techniques in novel ways to produce a modern take on the time honored tie dye style. The result is a fresh yet vintage feeling and vivid look.
